Our Terms of Business


These are our general terms of business. 
Our full terms and conditions will be sent to you at time of booking prior to your paying a deposit.  

For your information

  • A 40% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your booking. 
  • The remaining balance along with a security deposit is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your booking unless alternative arrangements are agreed prior to travel.
  • For bookings made within 8 weeks of commencement, the full payment is required at time of booking. 
  • Minimum stay is 7 nights.
  • Check in (arrival) is from 16:00 and check out (departure) is by 10:00am unless by prior arrangment at time of booking.
  • Maximum number of 2 people per booking.  
  • Regretfully, no children or pets. 

Supplements & additional charges

  • Additional linen is available on request at a small supplement of €5 per set. Please ask at time of booking.  
  • Late arrival (after 20:00) or early departure (before 08:00) - there may be a supplementary charge. Please ensure we are advised at the time of booking.

Community rules and use of facilities 

The apartments form part of a naturist complex and naturism is expected to be practised where appropriate.  Our guests agree to comply with the rules and norms of the community including the rules concerning conduct and behaviour as part of a genuine naturist community. If you are in any doubt or wish further clarification please do not hesitate to contact us for more information. 

Our guests are requested to observe standard naturist hygiene etiquette including the use of suitable towels/covers to avoid soiling chairs, sofas and other furniture when naked.

Our obligations to you 

  • Prior to you paying a deposit you will receive a confirmation invoice/contract from us stating the date of commencement/departure, total price and payment schedule, our contact details and full terms and conditions.
  • We ask that you check and confirm you are happy with the contract and understand the full terms and conditions before paying your deposit (feel free to clarify anything with us).
  • Once your deposit has been received, your booking is secured and you have entered into a contract with us fully accepting our terms and conditions. You will then receive further information such as map, directions and meet and greet details. 
  • If there are any issues or concerns at any stage of the contract, please make these known to us as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to put things right. We will always do our very best to find a reasonable and mutually agreeable solution to any unexpected issues that may occur. 
  • We will always confirm receipt of any payments received.
  • We will deliver accommodation to our guests in a clean, tidy and well maintained state. The apartment is always cleaned and laundered prior to your arrival.  
  • Sufficient furnishing, equipment, appliances and utensils will be provided as standard. 
  • Our prices include all bedding, linen, towels, water, electricity, heating and cooling.  
  • For stays in excess of seven days complimentary fresh linen will be provided.  
  • If, for any reason (except in the case of force majeure/matters beyond our reasonable control) we are unable to comply with this contract, we are liable forthwith to refund any unfulfilled days of the booking/reservation.
  • We pride ourselves on ensuring that the facilities within the apartment (i.e. crockery, electrical items, furnishings, fixtures) are of a good standard. Therefore, items listed or pictured may vary from time to time or not be available in accordance with on-going maintenance, replacement or refurbishment. We always endeavour to update and replace items and facilities for those of a similar or better quality.  

The check-in process

  • We will meet you on arrival at a pre-agreed meeting point and take you to your accommodation.  
  • We will give you a guided tour of the accommodation and explain how everything works along with a detailed accommodation and local area guide book. 
  • You will be given a 24-hour contact number in case of any issues during your stay. 

Book with confidence

We are enrolled on Andalucía's Tourism Registry (ATR) and are regulated by Andalucían regional holiday rental law. This is your guarantee that our apartment meets the standards required and that we are operating on a fully legal basis. Our licence number is VFT/AL/00439. All apartment owners/operators should display their licence number/s on their website. Those who do not do so may not be operating legally and the quality of their accommodation cannot be guaranteed.  

We pride ourselves on our high level of support for guests throughout the booking process and in an effort to reassure both parties you will always receive a phone call from us.

For this reason, we request that guests supply a contact telephone number (our discretion is assured at all times). 

Booking confirmation paperwork and payment request will only ever be made after speaking with you in person. 

We recommend this level of vigilance whether booking holiday accommodation through ourselves or any other organisation.

How we use your personal information 

When making a booking with us, we will ask you for personal information such as your name, address and passport details. We need this information in order to create a reservation contract with you, and for us to fulfil other legitimate interests such as our fiscal obligations, homeland security or protection against fraud.

We only collect what is necessary and we only use it for the purpose it was collected for.  

Information is securely stored and retained for no longer than is necessary. 

From 25th May 2018, General Data Protection Regulation (or GDPR) replaced the 1995 European data protection directive. This change was needed because back in 1995 there was no Google or Facebook and our phones were only used for phoning people and sending text messages! In today’s digital world, GDPR just means good business practice and greater protection for consumers on the information held about them. 

We take the security of your information very seriously and are fully compliant with GDPR requirements.
